Children's Gardening class February 28th

Reserve a spot for our very special children's gardening class. The kids will be learning the basics of planting and growing a garden. We will be exploring the farm, the plants and learning basics about soil, propagation, and photosynthesis. We will be learning the importance of growing our own flowers and food. The children will leave with a greater understanding of what a farm is all about.

Everyone will have a blast. As we explore the farm we might even see some Alpaca. They are an important part of how we fertilize the plants.

Snacks will be provided. The class is appropriate for ages 5-16. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the class as well. We will do lots of walking and exploring. Good shoes for walking that can get a bit dirty are required.
The classes are very limited. We have 2 sessions on the 28th: Morning and Afternoon.

Each child will leave with a pot for planting and a package of seeds. A reservation will need to be made for each child participating.
